In 2016, the inception of the "Debi Sugarman Team" marked a new chapter as Debi's husband, Mark, transitioned from a respected and cherished 42-year career as a trusted pharmacist to join her ranks as a real estate agent. Debi Sugarman consistently achieves a multi-million dollar production level, earning her a string of illustrious accolades that adorn her career, such as the prestigious 5 Star Professional Awards, recognition as a top agent by Philly Mag, and esteemed recognition from Main Line Today's Top Agent Awards. In 2023, the Debi Sugarman Team welcomed Ben Sugarman as its newest team member. Born and raised on the Main Line, Ben possesses an intimate knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia area, which he consistently leverages to the advantage of his clients. Ben brings a unique and complementary blend of skills from his experiences in the professional sports sales and service industry to his law degree from Villanova University and related experience at a leading suburban law firm specializing in real estate and homeowners association law.

Having raised their family in Wayne, then moving to Malvern, they have listed and sold many properties in their neighborhoods, proving their unrivaled knowledge of the Main Line and surrounding areas. Ben, also a lifelong Main Line resident, is a huge fan of live music as well as the local Philadelphia sports teams, and his wife and children mean the world to him.
